Update

Residential building - 1/2 the building is 3 stories up with the roof sheathed.

We will be drying this half of the building in this week.

Commercial space roof trusses are starting to get set. 

Progress Update

We are pumping the frost walls of the commercial space. 

The next portion of the pre-cast is grouted and ready for concrete topping. 

With 20 guys on site - 2nd floor framing is nearly complete with guys prepping the 3rd floor trusses. 

Foundation Complete

The last portion of the foundation is poured and forms are being removed. 

We will start setting the last of the pre-cast on Wednesday. 

Update

Exterior and hall walls are starting to go up.

Concrete topping is being installed.

Foundation wall forms are being removed.

Ashpalt Crushing

We have started crushing the removed asphalt on site.

Also the framers have started today!
